Phoenix Leasing, Inc. v. Kosinski, 47 Conn. App. 650, 707 A.2d 314 (1998). FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE UPHELD. Lessor obtained a small judgment in California under lease language permitting litigation in that state. When lessor attempted to enforce judgment in Connecticut, Lessee claimed clause was invalid and tried to raise a defense of "unreasonable disposition of collateral". Lessee lost.
