[Senior Parks should consider &quot;Guest Hours&quot; and &quot;Resident Only Hours&quot;.]<\/p><\/li><li><p>There must be a sign posted next to the swimming pool stating: &quot;Children under the age of 14 should not use pool without an adult in attendance.&quot; (California Administrative Code, Title 22, Section 65539(c); other information must also be posted per this section.)<\/p><\/li><li><p>There must be a sign next to a spa pool, stating in pertinent part: &quot;Unsupervised use by children under the age of 14 is prohibited.&quot; (California Administrative Code, Title 24, Section 2-9025(e); additional information must be posted.)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Management may not <u>prohibit<\/u> children from using a swimming pool or spa pool (with the exception of children in diapers).<\/p><\/li><li><p>There should no age-based restrictions for use of the pool table or billiard table, shuffleboard court, tennis court or exercise equipment, except (perhaps) a requirement that children under 14 must be supervised by an adult. However, any age based restriction is questionable. Never use 18 years of age for a minimum age [never use any age over 14 years].<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Parking and motor vehicle operation.<\/p><ul><li><p>Consider posting &quot;Drive Safely&quot; signs.
