The pool shall be funded in accordance with the<br \/>\nfollowing plan:<\/p>\n<table>\n<caption>\n            PERFORMANCE                                PAYOUT<br \/>\n            &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;                                &#8212;&#8212;<br \/>\n<s>                                                    <c><br \/>\n               120%                                    250%<br \/>\n<\/c><\/s><\/caption>\n<\/table>\n<p>Any intermediate achievement between levels will earn a proportional amount of<br \/>\nbonus.<\/p>\n<p>REVENUE GROWTH BONUS<\/p>\n<p>Achieving the revenue growth specified in the approved operating plan shall fund<br \/>\nthe Revenue Growth Bonus pool. The pool shall be funded in accordance with the<br \/>\nfollowing plan:<\/p>\n<table>\nPERFORMANCE     PAYOUT       PERFORMANCE        PAYOUT<br \/>\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;     &#8212;&#8212;       &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;        &#8212;&#8212;<br \/>\n<s>             <c>          <c>                <c><br \/>\n    167%            250%<br \/>\n<\/c><\/c><\/c><\/s><\/table>\n<p>Any intermediate achievement between levels will earn a proportional amount of<br \/>\nbonus.<\/p>\n<p>PAYMENTS<\/p>\n<p>Actual bonus payments will be determined by measurement of individual<br \/>\nperformance.
