{"id":38984,"date":"2015-09-17T11:25:58","date_gmt":"2015-09-17T16:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.findlaw-admin.com\/ability-legal\/contracts\/uncategorized\/employment-agreement-bio-technology-general-corp-and-sim-fass2.html"},"modified":"2015-09-17T11:25:58","modified_gmt":"2015-09-17T16:25:58","slug":"employment-agreement-bio-technology-general-corp-and-sim-fass2","status":"publish","type":"corporate_contracts","link":"https:\/\/corporate.findlaw.com\/contracts\/compensation\/employment-agreement-bio-technology-general-corp-and-sim-fass2.html","title":{"rendered":"Employment Agreement &#8211; Bio-Technology General Corp. and Sim Fass"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre>\n                  SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT\n\n         This Amendment dated as of June 9, 1999 by and between Bio-Technology\nGeneral Corp., a Delaware corporation (the 'Company'), and Dr. Sim Fass (the\n'Executive') to the Employment Agreement (the 'Employment Agreement') dated as\nof January 1, 1990, as amended, by and between the Company and the Executive.\n\n                                   WITNESSETH\n\n         WHEREAS, the Company and the Executive are parties to the Employment\nAgreement; and\n\n         WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Employment Agreement as more\nfully described below.\n\n         NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and\nsufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as\nfollows:\n\n         1. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 3 OF THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT. The second\nsentence of Section 3 of the Employment Agreement is hereby amended so as to add\na '.' after the word 'Meeting' and to delete the remainder of the sentence.\n\n         2. SURVIVAL. Except for the amendment expressly set forth herein, the\nEmployment Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.\n\n         3. COUNTERPARTS.
