{"id":39246,"date":"2015-09-17T11:25:58","date_gmt":"2015-09-17T16:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.findlaw-admin.com\/ability-legal\/contracts\/uncategorized\/employment-agreement-homestore-com-inc-and-walter-lowry.html"},"modified":"2015-09-17T11:25:58","modified_gmt":"2015-09-17T16:25:58","slug":"employment-agreement-homestore-com-inc-and-walter-lowry","status":"publish","type":"corporate_contracts","link":"https:\/\/corporate.findlaw.com\/contracts\/compensation\/employment-agreement-homestore-com-inc-and-walter-lowry.html","title":{"rendered":"Employment Agreement &#8211; Homestore.com Inc. and Walter Lowry"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre>                              M E M O R A N D U M\n                              - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                                  March 5, 2002\n\nTo:  Walter Lowry\n\nFrom: Mike Long\n\nRe:  Your compensation\n     -----------------\nI am pleased to inform you of your new compensation package, which consists of\nthe following:\n\n     .    an annual base salary of $350,000, effective as of January 21, 2002,\n          payable in accordance with Hometore's payroll policy;\n     .    an option grant of 750,000 options, effective as of January 24, 2002,\n          at an exercise price of $1.76 per share; such options will be subject\n          to six-month cliff vesting, will then vest ratably, on a monthly basis\n          over the remaining term of the option, and will be fully vested,\n          subject to the terms and conditions of the option agreement reflecting\n          the grant, 48 months from the date of grant; and\n     .    eligibility for an annual bonus for 2002, with a \"target\" bonus of 100\n          percent of your annual base salary, subject to achievement of certain\n          goals and objectives (to be determined and discussed with you at a\n          later date).\n\nIn addition, enclosed with this memorandum are two copies of an Executive\nRetention and Severance Agreement to be entered into between Homestore and you.\nKindly execute both copies and return them to me.
