HPL is a rapidly growing company and offers good\nopportunities for professional growth to persons with good background,\ncreativity and motivation. I trust that you will bring a significant\ncontribution to HPL and that you and the company will benefit from this new\nassociation.\n\nOur offer is as follows:\nPosition            :   Chief Financial Officer.\nSalary              :   $100,000  per year paid bi-weekly.\nBonus               :   20% of the basic salary, Based on Annual performance \n                        and objectives to be developed every year.\nStart date          :   April 3, 2000\n\n\nIn this position, you are entitled to the following benefits; please see\nin-closed information for further clarification:\n\n1.
