Appeal<br \/>\ndecisions will be made within 60 days of the receipt of the claim by the<br \/>\n<u>administrator<\/u> unless special circumstances warrant an extension of time.<br \/>\nIf an extension of time is required, the <u>administrator<\/u> will notify the<br \/>\nclaimant of the extension.
