{"id":40176,"date":"2015-09-17T11:25:58","date_gmt":"2015-09-17T16:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.findlaw-admin.com\/ability-legal\/contracts\/uncategorized\/note-sagent-technology-inc-and-ken-holcomb.html"},"modified":"2015-09-17T11:25:58","modified_gmt":"2015-09-17T16:25:58","slug":"note-sagent-technology-inc-and-ken-holcomb","status":"publish","type":"corporate_contracts","link":"https:\/\/corporate.findlaw.com\/contracts\/compensation\/note-sagent-technology-inc-and-ken-holcomb.html","title":{"rendered":"Note &#8211; Sagent Technology Inc. and Ken Holcomb"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre>                                      NOTE\n\n\n$193,993.00\n\n\n                                                                  March 15, 1999\n\n\n        FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Ken Holcomb, promises to pay to Sagent Technology,\nInc., a Delaware corporation (the 'Company'), the principal sum of One Hundred\nNinety Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three dollars ($193,993.00), together\nwith interest on the unpaid principal hereof from the date hereof at the rate of\npercent (4.62%) per annum, compounded semiannually.\n\n        Principal and interest shall be due and payable on March 15, 2002.\nPayment of principal and interest shall be made in lawful money of the United\nStates of America.\n\n        The undersigned may at any time prepay all or any portion of the\nprincipal or interest owing hereunder.\n\n        This Note is subject to the terms of the Option, dated as of March 12,\n1998.
