SECTION 2.1.:  Term of the Lease shall commence on October 16, 1998 \n          and expire on October 31, 2008.\n\n     2. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract, the Date of Substantial \nCompletion is the date on which the Project warranty commences.\n\nWORK REMAINING TO BE COMPLETED - A list of items to be completed (the \n'punchlist') is attached hereto.
