Working with<br \/>\nintegrity and treating each other with respect is the foundation of an<br \/>\nenvironment that inspires creativity and delivers results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zero Means Zero: no discrimination, harassment or<br \/>\nretaliation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment or retaliation. It153s<br \/>\neveryone153s responsibility to share their concerns so the appropriate steps can<br \/>\nbe taken to resolve the issue. If you feel you have been subject to<br \/>\ndiscrimination, harassment or retaliation, or you153ve seen it in the workplace,<br \/>\nplease report it promptly to your manager, Human Resources or the Code Hotline.<br \/>\nEvery complaint will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and no action can<br \/>\nbe taken against you for raising a concern or cooperating in an investigation.\n<\/p>\n<p>You are expected to fully cooperate with investigations related to Zero Means<br \/>\nZero Policy violations. Political Action Committee (GPAC). The<br \/>\nGPAC is a separate legal entity funded solely by voluntary contributions from<br \/>\neligible employees and Directors. All GPAC contributions are made in accordance<br \/>\nwith U.S. laws and regulations governing political action committees.
