Business Day <\/strong>means a day, other than a Saturday or Sunday,

Buyer Furnished Equipment <\/strong>means, in respect of an Aircraft,

\nPurchaser to the Manufacturer prior to the Delivery Date or (as the case may be)
\nduring any post delivery modification period relating to the relevant Aircraft.\n<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Cancellation Event <\/strong>means the occurrence of any of the

\nand dated by a duly authorised officer of the relevant company and which
