{"id":42686,"date":"2015-09-17T11:25:58","date_gmt":"2015-09-17T16:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.findlaw-admin.com\/ability-legal\/contracts\/uncategorized\/priceline-com-hotels-memo-of-understanding-priceline-com-inc.html"},"modified":"2015-09-17T11:25:58","modified_gmt":"2015-09-17T16:25:58","slug":"priceline-com-hotels-memo-of-understanding-priceline-com-inc","status":"publish","type":"corporate_contracts","link":"https:\/\/corporate.findlaw.com\/contracts\/operations\/priceline-com-hotels-memo-of-understanding-priceline-com-inc.html","title":{"rendered":"Priceline.com Hotels Memo of Understanding &#8211; Priceline.com Inc."},"content":{"rendered":"<pre>\nPRICELINE.COM HOTELS\n\nThis Memo of Understanding is dated as of ______________, and is between\nPRICELINE.COM INCORPORATED (\"priceline.com\") and INSERT HOTEL _________________.\nThe parties agree as follows:\n\n-     Hotel participation with priceline.com is of no cost to the Hotel\n\n-     Priceline.com will not reveal Hotel participation to the general public or\n      to other Hotels participating in the program\n\n-     The Hotel will supply competitive rates to priceline.com\n\n-     The Hotel agrees to load rates into Worldspan SecuRate Hotel Program using\n      priceline.com's plan code __________________________.\n\n-     Hotels must be of 2-star quality or higher; final determination on star\n      quality is made by priceline.com\n\n-     The Hotel Company must provide reasonable advance notice of properties to\n      be included in the program. All properties will be subject to inspection\n      by priceline.com staff\n\n-     The allocation model for bookings will be developed during launch, whereby\n      each property will have an equal opportunity to confirm requests\n\n-     Priceline.com will provide the Hotel with guest booking information for\n      their records\n\n-     Priceline guests are pre-paid reservations. Should a guest be \"walked\" by\n      the Hotel, all standard policies of the Hotel will be adhered to as the\n      priceline.com guest is the customer of the Hotel.\n\n-     If a priceline.com pre-paid reservation is cancelled, Hotel may be\n      entitled to retain payment for the first night of the reservation but\n      shall promptly refund priceline.com for the amount of any remaining\n      nights.
