This Supplemental Agreement No. 13 (Supplemental Agreement<\/strong>)
\ndated August 24, 2011 amends Purchase Agreement No. 2022 dated as of October 21,
\n1997 (Purchase Agreement<\/strong>) between The Boeing Company
\n(Boeing<\/strong>) and Delta Air Lines, Inc. (Customer<\/strong>)
\nrelating to the purchase and sale of Model 737145932ER aircraft. The Purchase
\nAgreement incorporates the terms and conditions of the Aircraft General Terms
\nAgreement dated as of October 21, 1997 between the parties, identified as
\nAGTA145DAL (AGTA<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

PURPOSE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Supplemental Agreement adds the 737145932ER model aircraft; removes the
\n737145632, 737-832 Option Aircraft and Rolling Option Aircraft from the Purchase
\nAgreement, and adds a price, configuration and scheduled delivery dates and
\nAdvance Payments for the 100 firm and 30 option 737145932ER Aircraft.<\/p>\n

IT IS AGREED:<\/p>\n

1.The Table of Contents<\/u> of the Purchase Agreement is deleted and
\nreplaced by the attached Table of Contents<\/u> dated August 2011 which
\nreflects the amendments made to the Purchase Agreement by this Supplemental
\nAgreement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

2.The attached Table 1Q entitled Aircraft Delivery, Description, Price and
\nAdvance Payments<\/u>, which reflects the addition of the 737-932ER Aircraft, is
