The hurricanes struck and now you find out that your homeowner's policy doesn't include wind and flood coverage, especially when your dwelling is in a flood zone. And it doesn't include full replacement value. But your agent said it would.
Unfortunately, you usually only find out abut your agent's or broker's errors when a disaster strikes and you find yourself un-covered. If you find yourself un-covered by agent or broker negligence or error, give us a call and let's discuss the specific facts of your case.
